Welcome to Aerial fusion

Aerial Fusion have been doing Parkour and Free Running now for over three years.
We've trained with different groups and people such as, PARKOUR GENERATION, YAMAKASI and NUPERSPEKTIV and learnt new tricks and new ways of moving from A to B in the most efficient way.
We also hope to bring this new sport to everyone and show them what they are capable of doing and hope it will help their fitness.
BREIF DESCRIPTION OF PARKOUR: For those that are not sure of Parkour. Parkour means to get from A to B in the most efficient way of using yourself. Jumping over walls, fences, going under bars, jumping from wall to wall etc. People may also know it as Free Running. Free Running is a bit different. In Free Running you use the walls etc to do gymnastics (flips). Some people say that Free Running is Parkour. In a way it is, but at the same time is it not.
